I found out a couple a weeks ago I have a prolapse vagina. I am going in for a procedure on Thursday to have in i.u.d. put in to lift it up. I can do everything normal once it's done, with the exception of squats or anything that makes me bare down while standing. I guess that means my weights are out. Sure do hope I can continue to lose weight it's been hard for me it took me an entire year to lose 14 pounds, but I have lost 4 this year so far. It seems to take me a month to lose 2 pounds. I am having a hard time keeping my diet right due to the price of food. Seems like when I should be eating baked chicken I am down to beans and potatoes. I'm not complaining I like beans and potatoes. My biggest problem is getting enough protein. I bought a protein powder to help me with that and a fiber drink to help also. Had to have the fiber. My doctor told me I have to keep a lose bowel for the rest of my life. Anyway ladies if you've had kids or have lost your uterus be careful with the squats.
