GO ME! Day 4 for writing and sticking with a healthy small portioned meals and writing them down! I think I finally found something that works for me. I am starting to find a way that fitness just FITS into my life. I need to get more exercise in my life, but I am taking it one small step at a time, and trying to keep things as realistic as possible. need to start going to bed a bit earlier and start getting up earlier.
I am at 387.4 today, and my goal is to see 370 by the end of the month! I need to work hard but I feel I can do it.
My boyfriend is starting to follow the healthy eating part with me, that makes things better, I am going to slowly introduce some workouts to him, hoping that can get him going.
I am worrying about myself and my health and glad things are slowly starting to get better.. I am doing well and can't wait to even better, I have been drinking Green Tea 2 times a day, it curb my cravings for sugar,
