Lord, have mercy on me.

Well. Today was Day 8 for me, for the 30 Day Shred. And I decided I was a little bored with Level One. I can do a bunch of stuff somewhere in between Anita (beginner) and Natalie (advanced), and sometimes I use slightly heavier weights.

I don't know why I had it in my mind that we're supposed to stay at each level for 10 days. There is an introduction (that you can NOT fast forward through) where Jillian clearly says to move on when you're ready. Obviously I can practice "selective listening" with the best of them.

So I figured, may as well give Level Two a go. (this is where the "have mercy" part comes in) I managed to complete the workout, and ended up dripping sweat. Those of you who know me well, will remember that I hate to sweat. I'm just not a sweaty type of gal.

But it feels really good to be challenged. I reckon it'll be a while til I'm tempted to try Level Three.
