Today will be a good day...I have most everything planned....did my morning exercise...
did my sparking, I have the spark coach thing again, got it free for pre ordering the new book....
Coach Nicole talked today about keep moving, it's not just enough to work out for and hour and then sack out for the rest of the day...she talked about keeping those feet moving...park further, use the steps as much possible, walk as you talk on the phone....
I can up with some of my own ways to keep my feet moving, my favorite march while i brush my teeth, march while I wash dishes or waiting for something to cook on the stove or microwave...do a few squats before I sit down...do side kicks while I wait for the laundry or and time I am just standing waiting...step in place, swing those hips....once you get use to it it become easier and easier, and it burns more calories than sitting or just standing...

todays mantra move it move it move it...

I have to take my dad to the doctors today so this should give me a chance at some additional steps....
I try and make a game out of it, to see just home many steps I can get....just how much I can do besides sit.....they say the more you move the better you feel , look and the longer you live...

so get up right now do some marching in place and see how good it feels to get some movement ....
