I figured out a way to make sure to drink my daily 8 servings or more of water. I have my water bottle, which holds 4 servings, at my desk. Every time I need to use the bathroom I drink one serving and one serving after. The more I drink the more I need to go....In addition, I have 8 oz of water scheduled in my food tracker with every meal. It is working out really well.
