Week One of BLC begins tomorrow March 13th

I'm all set for the challenge. (I'm on the Lemon team).
This time around, they have added a very nice feature of a fitness level test (using step ups for 3 minutes).
A retest will take place in week 10 and improvement will be noted.
Being on the team helps me focus and provides me with accountability.
I lost 10 pounds on the winter challenge and am hoping for good results this time, too.
I am still tweaking my food plan. I am an experiment of One, discovering what works for my body.
