Well, today is a Rainy Gray Day, all Day Long bringing another Cold Front with it. I will be doing my Cardio in doors and hope to do it for an hour rather than 30 minutes. My weight seems to not want to budge since I have not been able to get outside to start my Running Routine again. I will be doing my Bodies in Motion in Hawaii, Coach Nichole's Body Sculpting DVD and her 10 minute Toning Jump into Spring. I have been very consistent doing 30 minute Cardio and then Coach Nichole's 10 minute toning but that does not seem to be enough for me, so this week I have set my goal just a tad bit higher to see if I see results.
I use to run anywhere between 25 - 50 miles per week and could not keep weight on, so I have been going through major changes with eating habits and exercises. Once the weather is nice again, I will need to readjust once again, when I start running the mileage I once did.
