Its a stretch

I'm stretching again, thanks to the week #3 LTGL for the 5% Winter into Spring Challenge. I used to stretch daily, and I was quite flexible. But when I got pressed for time, stretching was the first thing to be eliminated. Now I see how stiff I've become. I want my flexibility back. I must remember not to ever eliminate this from my exercise program again - it's vital! I know that if I keep this up daily, my flexibility will return. But I must be faithful to it every day. I'm currently doing 10 minutes a day, but I will add more if it seems to be needed to get back to where I was.
