1. Drink 8 - 10 cups of water.
2. Eat 6 freggies, 2 maximum as fruit.
3. Walk a minimum of 15 minutes.
4. Stretch after walking for minimum 10 minutes.
I very easily achieved drinking my water today. I ate a lot of freggies today, but I am not sure if it was 6, so I did well here, but can't say for sure goal met. My 15 minute "gotta get it done" walk on the treadmill lasted 45 minutes. The 10 minutes of stretching afterwards is now one of my favourite parts of the day! Up way too late, headed to bed now.
