13..... NOT gonna be unlucky

Well, 2013 is certainly NOT starting out in the way that I thought it would. I know I just need to keep pushing forward even though it seems like things are going backward. I know I need to KICK things up a notch, if I want to see some results! I realize that it may be time to tweak several things to try to get things moving in the right direction again. It is just a matter of figuring out what things I need to tweak. I have recently gotten a few "new" fitness DVD's that I am going to start incorporating into my fitness regime. I am hoping that a little change in my routine will really get things going again. I have the drive to make a difference, just need to see some results!

I had recently set a NEW goal for my weight loss for my 13th wedding anniversary in May. I wonder if in some way I sabotaged my efforts to achieve this goal. I think I just need to keep going step by step, slow and steady, and continue to push myself "out of my comfort zone", and I WILL GET THERE! I don't NEED excuses, I just need to DO IT!

    Just read an SP article about starting with small streaks. It stated that even if it is a small streak challenge such as 10 min. of aerobic exercise per day as many days as you can keep the streak going it is a motivational tool that will work.I have decided to try a 15 min streak challenge. emoticon
