So once again, I'm starting over. One of these days (hopefully this one)I'll get back in the groove and will stay on the wagon to actually make the progress in the correct direction.
I am up to 263 lbs. That is not a good number. I'm just going to take it 10 lbs at a time though...thinking about losing over 100 lbs is just too much.
I got a fitbit One last week and today was the first day that I actually tried to get to the 10,000 step goal and I made it
Right now I want to focus on two things.
1. Getting 10,000 steps in daily.
2. Staying within my calorie budget.
That's all I really care about for the rest of this month.
