My water aerobics class, which I attend on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

I think working out in the water is amazing. You don't realize how hard you are working your muscles until you feel sore the next day. And the best part is that I get a great workout without getting all sweaty!

I love water aerobics!
