Monday #3 Challenge: Stretching

Well this was a day I have no excuse for not stretching. This is day 3 of weekly challenge.
I am tired, all I feel is to eat. How do I sail thur this by resting going to bed and laying down until I feel composed.
Prayers lots of prayers.
I eat a bit more than usual I feel uncomfortable. I will let you know how tomorrow what is next.
