Monday #3 Challenge: Stretching

Well this was a day I have no excuse for not stretching. This is day 3 of weekly challenge.

I am tired, all I feel is to eat. How do I sail thur this by resting going to bed and laying down until I feel composed.

Prayers lots of prayers.

I eat a bit more than usual I feel uncomfortable. I will let you know how tomorrow what is next.

    When you feel like eating everything in sight and then going to the store for more, have a cup of water. When we are hungry, we are actually more often thirsty. Plus, creating that moment to stop and think means you might not eat that extra bit that you will suffer for lately. Try to get yourself busy with something else. You CAN do this!

    you can do this my friend....I know you can....
I haven't done any stetching myself and am not sure I will get any done...we will see....

Just take each day as it comes.....each hour as it comes if need be to get through....
I have done day 2 of a full fast and I am feeling great...never thought this would be something i would do however obviously God is in control of it....will see what tomorrow brings....
Am feeling to continue with it till Monday however we will see what happens
