Day 61 - 64 Insanity

Bah not a very good day today. I decided to re-injure an old ankle injury today at work. (Woo wearing heels to work.) So I have to lay low and no Insanity for 3-4 days. Getting old stinks, you don't bounce back like you did as a kid! I am not even sure what I can do for exercise, even light exercise because it hurts to walk.

Hopefully I heal quick and can get back at it soon! I will have to really watch my food intake for the next few days and not go overboard.

    emoticon --I know it can be frustrating. Don't rush the process, let it heal. You are doing great. Just like Dea, suggested, you can focus on your upper body or do some chair exercises. Just sit in a chair and all kind of exercises will come to your mind for you to do. Don't give up. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
