I Followed Through

Well, I did what I said I'd do today:
calories below my max of 1650: 1429
8 waters
2 F&V
20 min. walk

I reminded myself every once in a while throughout the day that I was going for a walk after work. Knowing that I put it in a blog put pressure on me to follow through.

Tomorrow's goals:
calorie max 1650
8 waters 2 F&V
5 ST exercises

This will be tougher, since I hate ST. Again, public pressure should help.

As I mentioned, I was going to follow your lead! I did my usual 1 hour workout and I actually came in 39 calories under my quota of 1550! Yeah!! Thanks for giving me the intensive to stick to the plan!!!

Good luck tomorrow, I know you hate ST. I'm planning on doing abs, yoga & ST - arms. emoticon

    Carol, good going!

I've learned to enjoy my ST by following some of Coach Nicole's ST videos. She somehow makes it more fun. Don't know if that would help you or not, yet it helps me!
