Day Off Tomorrow = Big Fitness Minutes

All right, I did not work out on Sunday, and I only did some pilates tonight (that's code for "I didn't feel like working up a sweat.") So tomorrow, I pledge to log a minimum of 60 fitness minutes. I owe that to my Starfish team!

Plan:

2-3 miles on the treadmill
Yoga in the living room while the garage door gets fixed
Walk the dog if it's not raining

Lots of options! Let's get it done!
