I love lifting weights! Who would have thought it? My gym manager is even encouraging ME to become an instructor!
Here I am at 58 years young and possibly becoming a Body Pump instructor. Amazing!
Sometimes I think I might work out longer than I should, however it is usually only on Saturdays. I normally get about 30 minutes of cardio and about 15-20 minutes of resistance training 4 days a week. I love it! Though somedays are hard to get motivated, I almost never give in and is it ever worth it!
