it felt good to do some weight workout today...squats and crunches and focusing on the mid section
going to do some cardio on the bike, still have to take it easy on the foot
but it feels good,,,,today i added vitamin d to my food tracker, as i need to get as much as humanely possible, does anyone know any foods that are really high in vitamin d???
i drink so much milk and orange juice and try to get my supplements daily
but i really need to add more roughage and veggies to my diet...i am really ready to get back into my proper eating and exercise....
exercise really does work wonders and just a little bit can help lift the mood
i have been feeling down and just 20 minutes of weights and squats and i feel better already
just imagine if i added 20 more!!!
have been cleaning house and reading my book, all a part of my commitment to finding something productive to do
i would clean my porch, and it really does need it
but its raining and damp and chilly out there, mostly its the wind
what is with the wind this year???
i dont ever remember the wind being so bad, daily
i have a theory that it is where we live, the mountains are being cut away for mining and for the highways
this is my theory
but, yesterday was beautfiul
so so warm, around 70
i loved it
but you still couldnt sit outside and enjoy the day for the wind
but tonight, i am going to finish my workout and take a shower and read and watch the biggest loser and i hope it isnt boring as it was last week....
