Well I'm back and being away has not been good. I have put almost all the weight back on over the winter. Not Good. Good news is that I did stick with the no chewing tobacco. Has been almost a year now for that.
Anyway I went the our weekend shift. Three 12 hour days. Thought this would work out. Big mistake. 3 days turned into 5 or 6. Was just tired all the time, so quit exercising. Still no time so quit fixing healthy meals and turned to fast food garbage. Needless to say weight spiraled out of control.
So I have switched shifts to 3rd shift only 10 hour days. We are in our slow season now. Have been on third for about a month now, wanted to get adjusted to the different shift first. Have adjusted and ready and excited to start again.
This week we started meal planning again and I have started tracking my food again. It wasn't that I didn't know what to do, but that I just quit doing it. Felt good to exercise today.
Was glad to see so many of my sparkbuddies still going strong.
