Last week went by fast but good. I got a lot of exercise in, and even went hiking (was so much fun!). As of today i've lost 10 lbs since I started my weight loss journey. I've noticed that i havent been stressed a lot in the past six weeks but last night was a doozie. For some reason last night i had a lot of anxiety, and very bad insomnia. I didnt get to sleep until 5am, and i had to wake up at seven to take a test in my philosophy test! Saying i was cranky was a severe understatement but luckily i still felt really good about the test i took.
