I didn't lose any weight from my last couple of weeks gain but I didn't gain any either so I guess I'm happy. I'm going to change my weight tracker.
I am doing well with sodium intake and tracking so that's good. I'm sleepy today! I threw my stuff in the slow cooker yesterday for the week's dinners and I had to get up early to shred the chicken and throw in the spinach. I also went ahead and threw in a bag of frozen mixed vegetables too. I tried to get back to sleep but was unable. So all in all I had probably four hours of sleep last night. Ugh!
I think I'm going to take a quick cat nap in my car on my lunch. I have salad makings in the refrigerator and there aren't that many ingredients so it shouldn't take me long to whip that up after I get back.
