We're getting ready for the family fitness run/walk that my job started sponsoring last year. My daughter won 1st place girl in her age group last year. We have been telling her she needs to 'train' so she'll be ready. She's pumped up about it, but we still have to keep her humble. Last night I told her she would be running with bigger kids since she will change age groups after her birthday. She says, " I can beat those kids. Big kids run slowly." Wow. Where does she get this stuff, lol? Anyway, we waited too late to get outside, so we did the walk/jog Leslie Sansone workout, then 10 minutes of pilates. This morning, my dh woke me up and we got a 20 minute walk in. I'm planning to do a little more later on. I don't know if my family realizes how much they do for me when they work out with me. A little really does go a long way. So far so good this week!
