Day 31 - Weekly Food Prep

I'm back!!! I did not weigh-in this week because I was in the ER for accidentally inhaling a peanut. Seriously. I know, right? Only me. Anyway, it is out now and I am OK--just have a sore throat and it sort of hurts to breathe hard. Doc said I shouldn't run this week, but I should be fully recovered by next week. I had a gain this week... so I am aiming to just be back to 359 by this Saturday.

Turkey Burgers (w/ green onion, cilantro, cayenne)
Red beans and quinoa w/ turkey andouille sausage
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
Spicy Garlic and Lime Shrimp

Sun-Dried Tomato and Artichoke Dip and cut veggies
Cut up strawberries
Cut up root veggies

Meal Plan for the week includes:
Orange & Avocado Salad with spicy shrimp tacos

Whole Roasted Chicken and Root Veggies, Chicken stock
Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili w/ Squash

Filet Mignon and Garlic Snow Peas w/ baked sweet potatoes
Turkey Burgers & Brown Rice Chickpea Salad

Ground turkey cabbage stew

Cheesy Quinoa w/ onions, bell pepper, avocado, sriracha, cilantro, and black beans

I miss eating shrimp.... but I could use scallops instead. Great recipes!

    I'm about to start a "food plan" myself. Mine will be day by day so I can choose what to eat.
