Well I am still here.. still sparking away.. I enter my workouts daily.. my food...3/4 of the day.. Winter was an adjustment to upping my fitness.. working on strength.. Struggled with some of it as i was a little a burned out after MCM.. but i managed through with some slower weeks..
A month ago i started my IM training in the sense i need an extra months to get my adjust.. I've done the training last year for just my Half Ironman.. this week is my taper week..looking forward to it and less intensity... 3/17 is my first official day of IM training.. and i will try and blog as much as i can..
all in all my weight has maintained 145-147 range.. I've managed to keep the extra fat "buffer" my dr's want because mid season .. it comes to a point of no matter how much food you eat.. the weight just falls off of you.. so right now i'm just keeping track of food intake vs calories burned.. my peak week for month 1.. it was 7500 calories burned.. i managed to adjust through that just fine. :) Back on a nutritious track.. I"m giving myself til 3/17 until i get hardcore.. I"ve already made my family and friends aware of this... and they as always try to be accommodating as much as possible... OK ... off to get some upper body ST done.. I've slacked since Wednesday with fighting a sinus infection.. feeling better so time to get back in the saddle again.. literally because i'm going OUTSIDE for a bike ride.. WHOOT!
and tomorrow is ALWAYS another GREAT DAY!
