No fast food since I started SP, which I am mortified to admit is a big success. I feel like I may be more or less past that.
Working still on afternoon binge, but starting to have some success- copious amounts of both chewing gum and spicy chai teas worked Thurs and Friday to keep me preoccupied and full enough to beat the afternoon heat of boredom/hunger.
Weekend was a wash in terms of diet but lots of physical activity. Now on to a new week and going to make it through!

NEW 5-Day Challenge: Go for a walk every day. Daylight savings should help with that.
