Snow and more snow

Monday, March 11, 2013

Rained all day Saturday and then it started to snow Sunday. We got 8" of heavy wet stuff. So shoveled this morning and DH broke a pin on the snow blower because of being so heavy. Need to go find a new pin so that he can fix it.

Shovelling wet snow should be good excercise. Have to run and pick up pills for DH. Trying to thaw the car out first. The weight is not dropping. The body must decide it has had enough right now. I will just keep plugging along and hope that it will decide when it is time to drop some more. emoticon

Yes, indeed, snow shoveling is crazy exercise. Just don't hurt your back when the stuff is so wet and heavy! Snowperson-building is also good exercise! emoticon

Sorry to see you got more snow. New Jersey got a few inches of snow on Friday morning , but most of it was gone by evening.
When will this crazy weather stop?
Don't worry about the scale too much right now. As long as you're continuing your good habits, it will start moving again.
