I WANT OFF THIS RIDE!!!

Monday, March 11, 2013

I don't know why I cant get this weight loss thing together. I've struggled with my weight for most of my life, but i've only been riding the weight loss roller coaster for the past 3 years. I'm tired of being on it though....I want off!!!! Time to get back to the basics...accountability and support. I hope SP still provides that for me like it did 3 years ago. Crossing my fingers...

I've been up and down too! If you usually try to be perfect, remember to give yourself a break. All movement counts as exercise, and with a one-year-old you'll get plenty of that! You kept within 15 lbs of your lowest weight even while away from here, so I know you can get to your goal!

Glad you are back emoticon . Your blog sounds like my story. I joined Spark 3 times before finally stopping the roller coaster- not to mention the numerous other times I have lost and gained in my life. I have always struggled with my weight. I have always been the "big girl" in the circle of friends. But in July 2011 I rejoined Spark with a new attitude and focus. Now I am at almost 60 pounds lighter and smaller than I have EVER been in my adult life. I share this to tell you that it is VERY possible for you to do this. You hold the power to make it happen. You will fall and you may struggle but you are strong! Love yourself now and you will have great success both one and off the scale emoticon emoticon emoticon

I added you as SP friend and feel free to do the same with me. I would love to see you succeed on your journey and be a support for you.

It's good see your back my friend. Start with a small goal and watch it flourish into accomplished goals. When the going get tough just remember to continue to put one foot in front the other and make move. Get back to planning, preparing and packing your meals and snacks. Keep it moving with fun workouts. You will be back on track before you know it. emoticon emoticon I believe in you!
