This recipe is not mine - all the credit goes to the wonderful Angela on Oh She Glows, but I had to bring this recipe to my Sparkfriends' attention:
I know it may seem (and look!) weird, but it is one of the nicest breakfasts I've had in a while - even my 10-year-old son loved it!
I've prepared enough last night so I can have some for my breakfast over the next couple of days + you can put whatever you fancy in the topping. This morning, I had chopped almonds, raisins and chopped dried apricots. Then, the thought came to me that it would be really nice with some chocolate chips scattered on top! So I'll try that next! :)
