well technically, a week and a day. but whatever.
things have been okay. tracking calories and working out.
strength training is not where i want to be at all.
last week sucked.
woke last tuesday dizzy and throwing up from being dizzy.
that lasted, where i couldnt even work out or barely move, until friday.
friday i was able to go shopping but thats it and that just about killed me.
saturday was a little bit better.
i walked for an hour and then we went up to an outlet mall and i got a lot of walking in there too, outside. that made me feel a lot better.
did eat out though but it was just a veggie wrap with chips at a very strange brewery where we ate on paper plates and had to stand up to eat because there was no place to sit.
from being sick, i didnt track my food and had about 20 pieces of toast a day. okay, exaggerating a little.
im still not back to normal. if i put my head down or move too fast, i get dizzy. it is sinus related, i am positive, because ive had some wicked bad sinus headaches since this began.
you know its bad when you're getting married in a little over a week and go to get hair cut and couldnt even function to keep eyes open.
there was a language barrier between the stylist and i, and im glad because she did what she wanted which turned out much better than what I had wanted.
yesterday was better....for first time since last monday, i completely tracked my food and water and got in a good workout. i did 4 hours--all of that walking except 30 minutes biking when we went to the gym.
today is walking and biking here and going to do an arm and ab workout too. i am going to attempt getting on the floor for the abs but that just may not work.
dizziness with flying and a cruise coming up. should be lots of fun.
im pretty sure it will be even more under control by then. its progressively getting better! and yes, there is a reason i have not gone to the dr.
thats about it.
oh yeah, going to attempt c25k today. i was doing so well with that. not that i cant just pick right back up but it pisses me off.
im at 149 today.
