I have fallen off the wagan the last three weeks. I got hives 3 weeks ago and still have them today they are driving me crazy with itching and I dont like how they look all over my face and body It is starting to really stress me out and last night I just threw in the towel and said I DONT CARE and eat my emotions in one hour i had 3 donuts and 2 king sized chcolate bars. I have a sugar hangover today and I NEVER want to go down that path again. Now today i am crazy itchy and feel so nasty and fat. For lunch i packed a salad and healthy snacks. I am going count everything i puting my mounth this week and I am going to make sure i am getting my work outs in even with the hives. When I sweat it makesthe hives on my faces sting :( but regardless I need to get in my workouts i have a ton of calories to now workoff and the tough mudder coming in MAY. I also need to fund out what i am allergic too :(

    I'm so sorry! I know the hives make you miserable. I've been there several times. Should have gone to the doctor to see if there was anyway to shorten the duration, but I didn't. I tend to avoid the Dr. unless I think I may be dying.

I can understand why you broke down and fell prey to the chocolate monster. I have found recently that self-soothing with food becomes less and less effective at ...well...soothing. I hope you feel better today. emoticon
