hey I can understand your frustration. I have the same thing happenning to me . However I noticed that while working out I have become stronger than when I started. I believe that my muscle is building and probably the same is happenning to you. Stay positive. Just remmember that it takes longer to loose the weight than gain it. You cant give up now. Soon this muscle will start burning the fat and the pounds will melt. 1474 days ago
Please don't be discouraged. That is better than a gain. I am just thankful when it doesn't go up. Exercise may cause water retention. I notice this happens to me when I exercise maybe 4 days in a row. Then on the other 3 days the scales become more encouraging.
a gd idea might be to also do measurements u could have added muscle which is heavier but takes less space about a month ago i had the same thing happen but my arms and legs had each lost an inch and seeing how i was busting my triceps that made sense gd luck and do not let this detour u off track 1475 days ago
