Last week was a mixed bag of emotions. I saw the weighing scale go up up and up in spite managing my diet. At the start of my weight loss project I was 73.6 and on Friday I weighed a good 74.5 KGs.
I decided I wont give up and I went to the gym and I exercised at high intensity. For the weekend I managed to exercise and follow my nutrition plan and had a cheat meal on sunday and voila Monday morning I am weighing 73.7 that too post breakfast. so that makes me feel really good. so the Monday morning are not necessarily bring in the blues. This time they got some hope for me with the scale moving.
I am so looking forward to the week. I have a spinning class, and personal training session planned and I also have coach nicoles mantra "work harder in your exercise"
