Crunch Time

My goal this week is to concentrate on doing more crunches . My middle needs a lot of work. So starting today I'm starting out with 10. Then adding on each day. I may be able to start with more than 10. If I can do 50 or more by Friday that's more than I did last week!!!!!!!

    I do 4 kinds of crunches, 2 sets of each. I think switching from one kind to the other rests some muscles a bit yet keeps you working. Not like doing the same thing over and over. crunch, crunch with a twist, elbow to knee crunch and reverse crunch.

    Good for you, I can't do any, my back just won't allow it and they said it wasn't good for my back so nope not those. Glad you are able and wow that is a lot.
