In my dreams I'm Happy and still living at home and sleeping in my own bed and with my cats and content and wanting for nothing and then every morning i wake up crying and in physical and emotional pain and I'm not home or with my cats but in this hell of a reality,I wish if I'm not home with my cats that I never had to wake up ever again!!!!

    I am sorry you are in such a terrible state at present. But it's good that you are able to post here and let us know what is happening in your life. Take all the help you can get, one day those dreams will become reality and you will be back with the cats and a future that you can look forward to.     Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Psalm 145:18-19 Yahweh is close to all who call on Him—to all who call on Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him: He will hear their cry and save them.

Matthew 11:28-30 Come to Me, all you who are weary and weighed down with heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in spirit. Indeed, you will surely find rest in Me! My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.

I do not know what it is that makes waking up so difficult, but I do read that you know the Lord. I find comfort in the Psalms when I'm going through a difficult time. Seek Christian counseling if you haven't already. I just prayed that you would be encouraged.

    I feel like I missed something, so my prayer for you is that you start to feel stronger and more energetic and that your life returns to where you are home with your cats - being healthy and happy and in control of your life.

sometimes when I am depressed, I want to stay in bed... but I refuse to not move, I do leg lifts, pendulums and some yoga poses to stretch my body out, that makes getting up a lot more inviting and starts the day out with some movement to get the heart pumping and the muscles loose and ready to work.

    When you are feeling blue and homesick my advice would be to do something physical such as taking a walk (outside , if possible) because you will feel better about yourself. Self esteem improves with things we do to that bring our bodies satisfaction. An emotional time might lead to eating to make you feel good. DO NOT DO THAT! Find strength in the Lord.
