I have been in a terrible rut lately. I've been very melancholy the past week or so. This mood has carried over into my health.
I haven't been tracking my foods, I haven't hit the gym in over a week, I've been eating things I know I shouldn't, I've hit the wine a little too much. It's been a really crappy week health wise.
I think part of the reason is, I've been on a plateau for the past several weeks. No gain, no loss. I think another part of it is the weather. It's been several weeks of dismal weather. Little sunshine, lots of rain. Very, very blah.
I've been grouchy at work, grouchy at home. Not super fun to be around.
(Not saying my entire week was bad - had a good, no great, experience at work this week, had my niece's birthday party, spent time with my Mom, sister, aunt shopping, went bowling with the hubby, spent time with the kidlets. It's just not been the best week of my life).
So enough whining and carrying on. Onto next week.
