I hope to spend the next 100 days working on my health. I don't want to overwhelm myself with a wide range of goals but I would like to focus on the calorie counting. And getting in at least 10 minutes of exercise per day with an ultimate goal of 30 mins per day. Even if I'm cleaning, I'm going to try and actively clean something. I'll try to blog a bit every day too and I hope this works. I want to give a life update soon and what has inspired me to try again.
