Today went well. I got my 30 minutes of strength training today. Also got some workout clothes and some more equipment! I went a little over calorie count but that's okay. Things happen. I met all my other goals today. My husband is so supportive. I also realized I like turkey bacon, so I had that for breakfast instead of fattening and unhealthy reg. bacon. Tomorrow I am excited for my day full of different exercises with all my new stuff and DVDs :)
