Hi everyone! So in the past two days, I have met my exercise and diet goals! Which is actually saying a lot, because most days I simply can't make it past lunch without giving into temptation. Something that has been giving me a little motivation is the 'don't break the chain' apps that keep track of the longest streak of being consistent with your goals you have. I really want to make a streak that is longer than 2 days
