So after some serious soul searching as to how I am going to jump back on the train with my weight loss and stay on this time I have decided to return to a time when I was on a more controlled eating plan. It fueled my body with the right stuff at the right time and allowed me to kick my metabolism into high gear while staying active.
My plan involves going to back to the eating plan I followed when I was in high school. This eating plan was devised to keep me in tip top shape for football season, I was a twirler think metal sticks and skimpy sparkly costumes, as well as competition season too. I would have all of my simple carbs ie: rice, wheat, bread, pasta, etc before lunch as well as all of my fruits as well. After lunch it was all veggies and protein. I am doing this to see if it will kick start my weight loss again. I would love to get down below 180 by my next weigh in. My biggest concern is just trying to figure out how to incorporate this into my family's diet b/c my husband has digestive issues that might require separate preparations during dinner. We shall see.
