How did you spend your weekend? Are you like me and have a long list of things to accomplish?
I feel pretty good about what I managed to get done. I did yardwork on the one sunny day we had, walked 5 miles, biked 14, caught up the laundry, went grocery shopping, and spent some time studying for the PMP.
I maintained my weight, which is cool. So, more tracking and burning next week! I'm aiming for 30-90 minutes of something each day. I plan to try out the bikini workout I found on Sparkpeople to get in the elusive strength training.
I had plenty of fruit left from last week, so now I just have to eat it! I picked up spinach and Greek yogurt for smoothies.
So that's it. Let's make the week a good one!
