I watched an amazing sunset the other night and was reflecting on the things for which I am grateful. I have a job that I love, a sister whom I trust, friends who truly care about me, and students for whom I am willing to give my all.
I an also grateful that I am capable of doing more physically than I have been in the past year now that I have lost 76 pounds. I need to continue to appreciate what I am doing for my body (and my future) and make sure I give it the daily attention it needs to stay healthy. I am presently making it to the Y at least 4 days a week and for most of the day on Friday and try to discover a new "machine" every time I visit.
I am feeling very blessed.
