I went to another Dance Fitness class yesterday and I woke up so sore today! I could barely sit down/stand up lol. Add the 30 Day Shred on top of that and my body was feeling it! Today I did day 6. It was hard because my arms and legs were already sore. But I pushed through and kept telling myself "I have to weigh in tomorrow morning, so this is my 'last chance workout' (love biggest loser!)."
We had a cookout with friends tonight. I didn't want to over eat and blow a week's worth of good portions/calorie intake. So, I took a small cheeseburger and wrapped it in a large lettuce leaf instead of a bun. I threw some onions and a tsp of miracle whip in with it. It was DELICIOUS! I think I prefer it over a bun! It's these little substitutions that are going to bring big successes on my journey! Experimentation pays off sometimes!
