My DH and i like to eat out on the weekends and we have found that we can stay within our allotted calories by making wise choices. Many of the restaurants have lower calories meals on the menu and we chose from those. For the restaurants that don't we try to stay with grilled or baked meats or fish and avoid anything that is fried. So far it is working well for us. Thanks Sparkpeople for great ideas.
