3 Mile Walk Today and Lots of EFT/Tapping

My last blog entry says it was Sunday, but that was because I started writing it at 12:04 AM.:) It was actually my update for Saturday.

Today, Day 5, was awesome! I felt so great that I did a 3 Mile Power Walk with Leslie Sansone and my T-Tapp workout. I also did my Ho Downs twice today.

I realized that I sure do need to build up to doing Ho Downs 3 times a day. Right now, I struggle to get through them twice a day. T-Tapp is so efficient that Ho Downs take less than 5 minutes to do and yet they are very aerobic and take some balance and practice to do properly. No wonder I wasn't remembering to do them after every meal!!

I ate my 2 shakes and had my one healthy meal and a couple of snacks.

I am thrilled how my body is recovering from my last massage. I go back tomorrow morning and then I am off to visit my daughter up North for a couple of days. I can't wait to hold the baby and get some grandma time with the three sweet little ones. My son is on spring break so we are both going plus the puppies, so we will have a big time.

I am doing my EFT/Tapping through a challenge my mentor created called the End of Guilt and Self-Punishment Challenge, today. It's powerful healing stuff and I am going to get back to it now until I am just too tired to tap. It's been real emotional so far.

    Don't ya just love it?! Do you have a specific tapping technique?

    I have one I came across a couple years ago that I just love. It's about 15 minutes.

    Interested to hear more about yours . . . and the Ho Down. Never heard of that.
