Last night was a bit of a (planned) blowout with the man because even though we are both trying to lose weight we don't want to completely cut out things like wine or (home-made) pizza from our diets, so that's what we chose to do last night! And we ran 13 kms so I think we deserved it??
Today was my grandma's 80th birthday so I went over to my mom's house to celebrate. One guest brought side dishes from WholeFoods and they were YUM! She also brought a flourless chocolate cake which I fell in love with but did NOT take any leftovers home with me.
Anyways, I am really hoping to be able to buy my New Rock boots tomorrow (139 lbs goal) and I might be there because my end of day weight after the party was only 140.8! I like to weigh myself in the morning and that weight is usually 2-3 lbs less than after dinner the previous day.
We shall see! Running 6 km hills tomorrow then kettlebell bootcamp starts on Tuesday!!!
