Ok so I have been MIA for a while. Baby has been keeping me quite busy but I am proud to say that I have been chugging along! I am still getting the organic produce from my buying club weekly and cooking delicious and healthy food for my family. We also enjoy going for family walks which includes the dog! Snacks consist of fruits, nuts and yogurt for the most part. We rarely keep snacks in the house and rarely go out for some but once in a blue moon, which is rare the baby will let us stay long enough at a party or get together to have dessert. This rarely happens which is a good thing:). Yesterday I made parmesan artichokes with snapper. Today I made grilled chicken wraps with lettuce, alfalfa srouts and peanut dressing....delish. I will always love food so now I just try to use it to nourish my body instead of depleting it. Anyways things are good although I have not stepped on a scale. I feel energetic and my clothes fit nicely. I recently put on a size Medium shirt that was too small for dh and it fit me nicely. I always wore at least a Large in men sizes...yay!
