Ate Like the Old Days

Sunday, March 10, 2013

I am not sure if it was the Day Light Savings Time weirdness, or just that I needed a break, but I ate like the old days. A salmon caprice sandwich, fries and a goblet of bud light. Sigh. Okay, time to get back on the food wagon. I did exercise at least, that was a big difference between the "old days" and the new lifestyle change. I guess 3 hours of exercise made up for a little.

I don't like the time change. I am tired. And a little cranky.

time change should be illegal. LOL I did the same thing. Ate spaghetti with homemade meat sauce, sherbert etc. I feel ya...I guess when you are tired it really DOES make a difference...

crazy. Now, let's get back on this.

sometimes we need comfort.... and maybe your body just needed reminding how the old way of eating made it feel.... Seems like you went back to the old ways only in moderation so well done!

It does seem like the time change plays abit of havoc. Hope the rest of the week goes the way you want it too.

I had to go shopping today and there were the Girl Scout cookies. How I would have loved some! I didn't buy any because I knew I might end up eating a whole box. emoticon
