I weigh myself every Saturday and this week, what a great start to my weekend: I lost 2 and a half pounds. I don’t think I’ve ever lost that much in a week! Felt good. Also the week I started my strength training…coincident or no, I plan to continue with that.
It was a busy weekend and after 6 straight days of working out, I took a rest day today. I needed it, my muscles were hurting! I mapped out my workouts for the next week and have a plan to stay on track, so I feel pretty good: 3 days running, 2 days weight training and one yoga practice.
This week will be challenging at work; I have an interview for a promotion I applied for. It is an HR interview and if I make it past that, there will be a panel interview. I am preparing for it and I think I will be ready…fingers crossed!
