Stretching

The foam roller is helping. I am doing it now for 10 minutes before I exercise. Then after I walk on the treadmill I stretched for another 10 minutes. The 5% challenge LTGL is all about stretching this week -- came at a great time as I realized I need to really work on stretching my muscles.

This afternoon we went to a Christ in the Passover Presentation put on by the missionaries we had dinner with on Friday. It is amazing to see how God used the Passover to point toward Christ and redemption from sin.

Daily Goals:
1) Blog -- emoticon
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes. emoticon 83 min
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day emoticon 3 servings
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...be busy and gone most of the day.
