And a time change isn't a good thing...I KNEW that time went forward last night and I remember thinking that I needed to set my clocks before I got in the bed...naturally I did not do it...so I missed church and my day has flown by...oh well....

I am ready for work tomorrow and I just saw that my gym has started a kickboxing class on Monday nights so I am going to try that...my goal this week is to get in some form of exercise everyday this week so I can rest on the weekend...LET'S GO!!!

    Well, I used to be that person, then I started setting my clocks at 6pm & get in bed by 9pm. It works and actually I was very early for my Thirst Quenchers class at church at 8:30am. Okay I was like 7minutes late but before the change I was 20minutes late. lol
